Swipe ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Swipe iOS app, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
Account Information. When you sign in, we collect your authentication identifier (email or unique user ID) from your chosen sign-in provider (Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In).
Game Data. We store gameplay records associated with your account, including game scores, round history, opponents played, and timestamps.
Card Scan Photos. When you use the in-app card-scanning feature, photos of playing cards may be processed on-device. If on-device recognition is uncertain, the photo may be sent to our AI verification provider (Anthropic) for processing. Photos are processed in-memory and are NOT stored on our servers or by our AI provider.
Device Information. Standard iOS system information (OS version, app version) for crash reporting and compatibility.
We do NOT collect: advertising identifiers, precise location, IP address tracking, contacts, microphone, health data, or any biometric information.
We do NOT use your data for advertising, marketing, or sale to third parties.

Each provider has its own privacy policy and processes data only on our behalf for the purposes above.
You can delete your account at any time within the app (Settings → Delete Account). On deletion:

Swipe is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
