By downloading, installing, or using the Swipe iOS app ("Swipe", "the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Swipe.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Swipe. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
You retain ownership of any content you create using the app (game records, scan photos). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process this content solely to provide the app's features (gameplay, card recognition, multiplayer sync). This license ends when you delete your account.
Card scan photos are processed in-memory and not stored. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The Swipe app, its source code, design, graphics, and trademarks are owned by the developer. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on your own iOS devices for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any portion of the app.
Swipe integrates with third-party services (Apple, Google, Supabase, Anthropic). Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Swipe is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Card scan accuracy is best-effort and may produce incorrect results. Always verify scan results before relying on them for scoring.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Swipe. Our total liability for any claim related to the app will not exceed the amount you paid to use the app in the past 12 months (which for a free app is zero).
You may stop using Swipe and delete your account at any time within the app. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion, with or without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
